SLA (Single Ladies Association) was form by my friends when they were having a study exchange in Swiss. I was briefly single when I met them but now almost half of the girls has a partner. We still refer to the group as SLA because thats how we got together. 🙂
I met them in Paris for the first time and brought them around. Ever since then we’ve been great friends, a really great group that listens and supports, has the similar interest in travel and crafts. I am truely blessed to have found them.
We often have our little gatherings but since I’ve moved in we sometimes have a little party at my place. Today is special as we planned a list of activities to do. Coincidently, it was also International Women’s Day which was very apt for our group of girls.
What girly part would be without this??
Let the Tea Parties begin!!!!
Cupcake decoration! Just basic vanilla cupcakes with lemon frosting that I make.
After our little tea party we had a LONG game of Settles of Catan! I really enjoyed this game and the girls did too. We should play with it soon!!
We ended the day with a couple of nice sushi dinner at GENKI Sushi, it was a long but totally enjoyable day.
