Kathu waterfall part 2
There is always a serene stillness in forest and jungles. When you trek deep enough, secluded enough, you stop and you realise that you are alone in the jungle. The trees are so tall and the light filters its way through the leaves onto the pools of water on the jungle floor. The jungle is so peaceful and quiet, all you hear is the birds and rustle of the trees and the water streaming along.
The rocks are just so lovely, chocolatey solid chunks. So much texture and colours.
I really like this picture of us, captured until one of the light spots piercing through the jungle tops.
My hair is messy but life is never perfect, especially not after a swim.
Little French girls climbing up the waterfall.
Raphi noticed this curly tree that winds itself around other trees, we wondered how it got up there anyway as we felt it didn’t have the structure to support itself.
A little path leading to some villager’s houses.
If you ever visit Thailand or Phuket, other then the beaches & activities there, you should visit their forest and waterfalls, ride an elephant if you have the money. Its quite an experience you won’t forget.
These pictures are beautiful! Love the stillness you describe.
Thank you. You are to kind, I try to articulate my thoughts.
Wow I want to go there 🙂
Thank you, I hope you do. Thailand is wonderful.
