Probably one of my favourite pictures. Why I love it, I can’t put a finger on it.
A few days after spending time in Karon Beach we moved to the other side of Phuket. Cape Panwa is facing all the other famous islands like Krabi, Phi Phi, Lanta. Its a great point to catch a boat to the other island or take a day trip to other nearby small islands.
Most of the hotels on Cape Panwa are residing on a slope, theres a lot of climbing and its not nessesarily accessible or easy to walk around but it is secluded and great for couples.
The view is just spectacular on a clear day.
Someone came by.
I don’t usually eat at hotels because I like to explore the neighbouring restaurants or local food. I always find them quaint and charming and the food always cooked with love.
We found this one restaurant that was built right on the beach, lovely view (though sometimes a little dirty) beach. Its the quintessenial feel of the beach to have a seafood meal by the beach with sand in your feet and in a house made entirely out of bamboo and coconut trees.
Our lovely whole fried fish which really barely cost a thing. Extremely fresh and fragrant.
Our poolside that evening. The sky turned a beautiful hue of pinks and purples, just a wonder to see.
A beautiful location. I wish I was there. Thank you for the amazing photos,
You’re so welcome John, I wish that for you too.
