Hello! This is the 2nd waterfall I visited in Phuket, this is also the last entry of Phuket series. My next destination is Yogyakarta and I just returned from it a few days ago. Now it’s time to sort the pictures out and organise them into my blog 🙂

Ao Yon Waterfall is located at Cape Panwa, it is discreetly located and just a small faded sign to indicated theres a waterfall down the small path. The path to the waterfall however was very scenic and rural, palm trees and buffalos wandering around, old wooden huts cluster together to make a makeshift village. We tried several small paths before we finally found the path to the waterfall.

Because so little people know about this waterfall, its left more in its natural state. A little stream leads us to the waterfall, the walk wasn’t so far in. It was a short small waterfall but because we didn’t have time we didn’t attempt to swim in this one.

The pools catching light from the spaces above and in front. The reflection causes a magical effect on the pools.

We found some steps, possible the only man made thing here.
