Yogyakarta Diaries
Its been a week since I woke up early morn to head up 2000m to Dieng Plateau. Such beautiful scenery that I wish I could snap every beautiful moment I saw but some of the most beautiful photos you have are taken are with your eyes and kept in an album in your heart.
Yogyakarta is reminiscent to a yet to be commercialised Bali. It’s people are warm and friendly, sincere and curious. The food is great and so affordable and though they have amazing sights commercialism has not quite taken over yet.
The sun just barely rose and it was a beautiful view of Mount Merapi, such a beautiful sight with the paddy fields and palm trees setting and the sun just risen not to far away.
Just look at the view peering down! You could observe the little towns, the winding roads and the rolling plantations along the hillside slopes.
If you wanna see where else in Yogyakarta I’ve explored click HERE! All these wonderful images was made possible because of my lovely B&B Alamanda who graciously made sure that we experience life here as local with young locals who were eager to practice their english.
